Economic development is important to sustain the city and county. Good development is the key. Growth for growth's sake is not doing the city or county any good. Empty new store fronts along with empty new homes and apartment complex's are not signs of a well balanced economic picture. Increased job development for all economic levels is important to overcoming this problem. I plan to work with area business leaders, Greater Findlay Inc., commissioners and trustees and to hear their ideas on how I can help them attract additional companies to our community.
