I believe that the downtown is the very heart of a community. It is a reflection of the character of its inhabitants. Every downtown is of its own and has a distinctive feel and atmosphere, a uniqueness. Malls in every community look basically alike but, the downtown is what people remember when visiting. It is your downtown and your ideas that are needed to make the impression that you want visitors to take back to their communities. I will support any reasonable plans to keep Findlay's downtown updated and maintained. This includes the report of the Citizens Advisory Committee on the land use plan.
